Our Enrollment Process
Step 1: Intake form & first contact
Fill out our intake form, which you can find below, or feel free to stop by the Center and someone from our team can help you. There is no application fee. Once we review your intake, our staff will follow up for a brief phone call, where we’ll discuss what type of care you’re looking for and confirm whether we have a vacancy in the appropriate classroom.
Step 2: In-person tour
The next step is to come visit our Center in person. We’re always excited to share our environment with new families, and we view this step as a relaxed opportunity to get to know each other and make sure Cooper is the best choice for your child. We’ll tour the building and its facilities, as well as stop in different classrooms. During this time your child is more than welcome (but not required) to separate from us and interact with other students.
Step 3: Final decision & enrollment details
Together, we will come to a decision about whether The Cooper Learning Center is right for your child. Then, we will assist you in completing your enrollment paperwork, set a date to begin care, and send you a copy of our Parent Handbook.
We look forward to meeting you!
