Volunteers play a vital role in sustaining Cooper’s work and furthering our mission.

Student interns provide valuable day-to-day support while also gaining work experience and honing their professional skills.

Got a talent to share? You can sign up to give a performance for our students, or teach a class for adults in the community.

A school, company, community group or other organization can partner with us to take on bigger projects that require more volunteers or more sustained help – such as repainting a wall, fixing up an outdoor toy shed, or even compiling valuable research on Cooper’s history.

We’re always looking for volunteers to serve on our Board of Directors. Raising your voice and sharing your perspective can drive concrete, meaningful change for our community.
